Roll your mouse over the painting to
see the names of the delegates who are featured. Choose three delegates. For each of those three delegates, click on
their name, and then click the “Learn More” button. For each of those three delegates, write down
two interesting facts that you learn about them.
Complete all of the
following (a, b, c) below.
a. Write down the names of three different
businesses.
b. Write down the names of at least four church
buildings.
c. Write down the names of at least three
private residences/houses.
Play through the game, following the
instructions on the screen. After you
have finished the game, choose ONE of the amendments and write a sentence about
why that amendment is important.
Follow the instructions for the game on
the screen. As you select and deselect
boxes, watch how your rights and freedoms change. After you have finished with all of the
boxes, write one sentence explaining which freedom you would be MOST upset
about losing (which scenario looked the scariest to you?).
Look through the timeline, clicking on
the different events to learn more about the War of 1812. You can also click on the dots on the map to
get more information. Choose THREE events
that you find to be the most interesting.
For EACH of those three events, write down the name, date, and
importance of the event.

Click on “Explore Old Ironsides.”
Click on each of the purple dots to explore a different part on the
ship. At each different purple dot,
click on the image in different places to learn more. Move around the ship by clicking on the
purple dots that are on the image of the ship in the lower left-hand corner.

After you have explored the ship, click on the link at the top that says
“A Sailor’s Life for Me” on the left to take you back to the homepage. Then click on “Meet your Shipmates.” Click on each group or individual to learn
more about them. Then write ONE sentence
explaining which position you would most like to be in on the ship and why.

After you have met all of your shipmates, click on the link at the top
that says “A Sailor’s Life for Me” to take you back to the homepage. Then click on “Play Now” in the center. Click “Play Game” – you don’t need to
register. Play through the game.
Click on the button in the upper right
that says “Journey.” Click on “Explore
the Map” on the left. Start with Day 1
(Box 1), and follow the map throughout Lewis and Clark’s journey. As you go to each spot on the map, click on
the pictures, videos, text, etc. to learn more about the journey. You proceed through the map by clicking on
the arrows along the trail. After you
have finished going through the map, write two sentences explaining which day
you would have liked to have been on the trail with Lewis and Clark.
